I’m a Real Estate Solicitor, dual-qualified as a Solicitor and Licensed Conveyancer, with over 10 years dedicated to commercial and residential property matters. I work with individuals, investors, developers and businesses, offering practical advice grounded in the realities of each transaction.

My previous in-house experience with a bridging finance lender and an equity release lender gives me an understanding of both the legal and commercial considerations behind property finance. I aim to identify issues early, find pragmatic solutions and help transactions progress efficiently.
